Where does PAiRANORMAL ENTERPRISE LLC ship?
We currently ship Worldwide.
What couriers do you ship with?
US orders are shipped via UPS and international orders are shipped via DHL.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs may vary based on product. We charge a flat fee of $10 for domestic shipments. International shipments will range depending on destination.
How long will it take my order to ship?
Domestic U.S. orders typically ship within 3-5 business days, and international orders within 5-7 business days. DHL/UPS final delivery (where applicable) is estimated to arrive in 5-10 business days. In rare cases, delays can occur at the warehouse or carrier level that extend that timeframe. Made-To-Order/Pre-Order products are shipped based on time frames of product development, which will be specified on the product page.
Can I return my item?
Yes, you can return or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
Why isn’t my order status updated when I log into my account?
Please allow up to 5 business days for order status and tracking information to appear.
What happens if my item do not arrive?
You will receive tracking information for all shipments within 1-2 days after processing. Once tracking description says "delivered" PAiRANORMAL ENTERPRISE LLC cannot be held liable for missing packages.
Do you offer same day delivery?
No, we do not offer same day delivery.
Can I expedite my order?
No, we do not offer expedited shipping.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
All items are inspected prior to shipping and PAiRANORMAL ENTERPRISE LLC is not liable for transit damage.
Where are my items coming from?
All items will be shipped directly from PAiRANORMAL ENTERPRISE LLC.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
No. In order to ship your items as quickly as possible, we start working on your order immediately after it has been confirmed in our system. Please be sure to confirm the shipping address is correct during the checkout process before placing your order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google PAy, Bancontact (Belgium), iDeal (Netherlands)
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Each purchased item will have this pricing breakdown "the list price for the item, taxes and shipping. If you are an international customer, you may be subject to additional fees, such as customs and duties, when your item arrives in your country. These fees are typically determined by your country’s receiving agencies.
Do I get a tracking number?
The email address you used via your purchase will automatically get sent a tracking number after your product has been processed for mailing.
